Gordon of New Orleans was founded in 1975 by Kenneth Gordon as he set out to make the finest classically styled shirts available. With a keen eye for color and pattern and an ability to see and feel the exceptional quality of the fabrics he chose, the enjoyment of designing shirts for a discerning customer flourished. It became a lifestyle as sweaters, knit shirts, and socks were added to the product line. It also became a life about relationships. Ken loves producing beautiful, comfortable clothes, but the wonderful people he gets to work with make it truly gratifying.

In 2016, Ken’s son Benjamin joined him in the company. Benjamin has been a natural. His love for both quality clothes and people gives him the drive to bring the best possible products to the customers. Together, Benjamin and Ken continue to search for the finest materials and superior factories to deliver clothes that will make the customers happy for a long time.
